Meet Lenard, AMSA’s Director of Operations!
With over a decade of experience in Operations Management, Lenard has dedicated his career to Process Development, Continuous Improvement, and, most importantly, Developing Teams and Individuals. His leadership philosophy is rooted in a personal mantra:
“My level of success will be reflected by those that do not have my reflection.”
Lenard thrives on creating meaningful impact—whether by optimizing processes, driving innovation, or empowering others to reach their full potential. As the Director of Operations for AMSA, he is committed to advancing the organization’s vision and fostering sustainable growth.
Originally from Louisiana, Lenard earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from Southern University and A&M College. He later expanded his expertise by obtaining both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. This powerful combination of business acumen and technological insight enables him to drive operational excellence in an evolving digital landscape.
Outside of AMSA, Lenard is deeply passionate about community development and advocacy. He also enjoys traveling—especially to tropical destinations—spending quality time with family and friends, and capturing the world’s beauty through landscape photography.
