I AM A LOOKING TO GO

TAKE ACTION
FOR ABORTION JUSTICE

Reproductive justice has never been assured in this country, but the threats to abortion access are more serious now than at any point in our lifetimes. Medical students offer a fresh and diverse perspective into the current realities of our system and are indispensable in the fight for reproductive health and abortion access. We offer the resources below to encourage, inspire and uplift the voices of future physicians.

Please check back often and share with your friends, colleagues, and classmates, resources will be updated regularly. Sign-up Here for updates from the AMSA Repro Project.

The AMSA Reproductive Health Project offer an abundance of support to you, your AMSA chapter, your school, and your community in the form of informational resources, connections to subject matter experts and activists for chapter events, interesting and compelling films to view and discuss, clinical skills workshops, and advocacy skills workshops.

Small chapter grants ($200 – $500) are available to cover food/beverage costs for AMSA Chapter events planned in coordination with the AMSA RHP! We can even help chapters with new member recruitment by providing AMSA RHP swag for tabling events and a limited number of free memberships for students who participate in RHP-sponsored chapter events!

AMSA believes that abortion services are a vital component of reproductive health care; that physicians who provide abortion care are essential to our communities; and that their practice should be legally protected and available to all in need regardless of how much they earn, who they work for, or what state they live in.

The AMSA Abortion Care & Reproductive Health Project is dedicated to advancing these values, and is pleased to offer virtual and in-person group clinical skills training opportunities for AMSA medical student members and Chapters. All workshops are available at no cost and customized to meet group needs.  Please scroll down to explore our current offerings!
