Danielle Lafhaj, MD

Dr. Danielle Lafhaj is a member of the Russell Reynolds Associates’ Healthcare Sector, based in Washington, DC. She partners with industry-leading clients to build effective leadership teams by recruiting, developing and assessing top talent. After close to 20 years in the healthcare market, including hands-on experience in nonprofit, for-profit and clinical sectors, Danielle is a trusted client advisor, offering market-leading insights on opportunities for organizational growth and development.

Danielle joined Russell Reynolds Associates from The Advisory Board, where she was the Director of Talent Development, partnering with health systems and hospitals across the country on leadership and succession initiatives. Danielle served as the 2011-2012 National President of the American Medical Student Association. Danielle began her health care career as a Scribe in the Emergency Department at Chandler Regional Medical Center in Arizona.

Danielle holds a BS in biology and society from Arizona State University and an MD from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She is the recipient of the A. Gene Copello Fellowship and the Jeanne Spurlock Research Fellowship and has been published on performance indicators in the medical field.
