About the Speaker: Dr. Radhika Narla is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington and Associate Program Director for Subspecialty Medicine and Fellowship Preparation. She leads curriculum and advising initiatives that support trainees in career clarity, mentorship access, and successful fellowship and residency application strategies.
