Remote computer repair is achieved by your technician using software that is secure, and after granting permission, there is nothing else that needs to be done by the customer. My Nerds performs a variety of computer repair services, including their specialty, online virus removal. Most computer repairs can be done very quickly, and require the customer only to sit back while the technician moves their mouse cursor and fixes any problems.
